Park Introduction

Welcome to Amelia Island Mobile Home Park, a distinctive 55+ community that epitomizes the allure of peaceful living on the picturesque Amelia Island in Florida. As a family-operated venture with over ten years in the mobile home industry, we take pride in our expertise and unwavering commitment to fostering an environment that is both secure and visually appealing.

Our park is more than just a place to reside; it’s a sanctuary where the charm of coastal life meets the warmth of a tight-knit community. Residents relish the dual benefit of proximity to downtown’s conveniences and the tranquility that our meticulously maintained park offers. Whether you’re drawn to the allure of a brand-new home or the character of a refurbished residence, each setting provides a backdrop that enhances the essence of community and belonging.

At Amelia Island Mobile Home Park, we’ve cultivated more than just a living space—we’ve created a vibrant community that captures the essence of small-town living, making it not just a place to live, but a place to thrive and truly belong.
