Vision & Mission

We are Colton & Jodi Rogers, owners of Amelia Island Mobile Home Park. We have 10 years of experience in manufactured home communities. We’ve came to Amelia Island for many years and love the sense of ‘small town’ feel it offers. When the opportunity presented itself to own this park in 2022, we welcomed the challenge by keeping stedfast at our goal of providing a safe community for this beautiful area. As the new owners, we bring a passion for improving the park’s infrastructure and amenities. We are dedicated to providing a well-maintained and aesthetically pleasing environment that you can be proud to call home.
