- Application and Agreement Processes
- Rent/Land Lease Application: Prospective tenants can reach out directly to initiate the application process, which includes a review and the creation of a lease agreement via Docu-sign.
- Sales Agreement: Similar to the rental application, the sales process for mobile homes we own involves additional steps such as a bill of sale and title work, facilitated by our dealer’s license in Georgia.
- Pets and Visitors
- Pets: Indoor cats are the only pets allowed, in compliance with Florida zoning codes.
- Visitors: Permitted for no more than 3 days per 6-month period.
