What is lot rent?
$650 per month – this includes your water, septic, lawn service & garbage
Do you owner finance or offer rent-to-own?
We currently do not offer these services.
Can I rent a lot to stay in my RV?
Unfortunately, zoning does not allow for RV accommodations in our area.
Can I have visitors?
Visitors are permitted in homes for a period of no more than 3 days per 6-month period.
Are pets allowed?
Due to Florida zoning codes, exterior animals are not allowed in the park. Cats that are kept indoors are the only animals allowed.
